This policy explains what information Arnodev LLC ("Arnodev", "we", "us") collects through arnodev.org and while working with clients, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We only collect what you send us, plus basic server logs.
- We use it to reply to you and to do the work you hire us for.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't run advertising trackers.
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your information at any time.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email, call or text us, we receive what you choose to share. The consultation form doesn't send or store anything itself: it opens an email in your own email app, and we only receive it if you choose to send it. That email includes your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, budget range, timeline and a description of your project.
If you become a client, we also receive the information needed to deliver the work and bill for it, such as billing contact details and access to accounts or systems you grant us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
The site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule calls.
- To prepare proposals and quotes, and to deliver the services you hire us for.
- To send invoices and keep business and tax records.
- To protect the site and our systems from abuse and spam.
- To comply with the law.
We don't add you to a mailing list or send marketing email unless you ask us to.
How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Vercel hosts the website and processes requests to it.
- Our email provider, payment processor and accounting software, for clients.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Client project data
While building your product, we may have access to your systems and to data about your own users. We use that access only to do the work, keep it confidential, and remove our access at handoff or whenever you ask. If your project requires a data processing agreement, we'll sign one.
How long we keep information
Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal purposes, generally seven years. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR may give you additional rights. We'll honor those rights where they apply.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, two-factor authentication on our accounts and limited access to client systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. Significant changes will be noted at the top of the page.
