These terms apply to your use of arnodev.org and describe the general terms under which Arnodev LLC ("Arnodev", "we", "us") provides services. By using the site you agree to them.

Arnodev LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that designs and builds software for businesses. Our registered address is 30 N. Gould St., #69032, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Using this site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't try to disrupt it, access it in ways it wasn't built for, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.
Information on the site, including timelines, process descriptions and plan details, is general. It isn't an offer, and it may change without notice.
Project agreements
Each engagement is governed by a written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. It sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and payment terms. If a project agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement controls.
Changes to an agreed scope are made in writing, with their effect on cost and schedule approved before the work starts.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment schedules are set in each project agreement. Unless it says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on an account with overdue invoices after giving written notice. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Ownership of work
When you pay for work, ownership of the code, designs and other deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Work happens in repositories and accounts you control from the start.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how. Where any of it is included in your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it as part of your product. Open-source components remain under their own licenses.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may mention that we worked with you. We won't publish your code, confidential details or any quote from you without your permission.
Confidentiality
We treat what you share during consultations and projects as confidential and use it only to evaluate or perform the work. We're happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you share details.
Warranties and disclaimers
We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Project agreements may include a bug-fix period, such as the 30 days included with MVP builds. Beyond what a project agreement states, the site and our services are provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Arnodev is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees you paid under that engagement in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the current one. Changes don't affect project agreements already signed.
