This policy explains when payments to Arnodev LLC can be refunded. The short answer: you get back money for work that hasn't started, and you keep all the work that has been done.
Intro call
The 30-minute intro call is free. There is nothing to refund.
Scoping sprint
The scoping sprint is paid in full before it begins.
- Cancel before the sprint starts: full refund.
- Cancel during the sprint: we refund the days not yet worked, and you receive everything produced up to that point.
- After the sprint is delivered: the fee isn't refundable. The spec, screen designs and quote are yours to keep whether or not you build with us.
MVP builds
MVP builds are paid as a deposit at signing, followed by payments tied to milestones in the project agreement.
- Cancel before work starts: the deposit is refunded in full.
- Cancel after work starts: payments for completed milestones aren't refundable. Money paid toward milestones that haven't started is refunded, and you receive all work completed so far.
- A milestone in progress is billed for the portion completed, based on the work delivered to your repository.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Months already started aren't refundable.
- Any month paid in advance beyond the notice period is refunded in full.
- Unused build time doesn't carry over or convert to a refund unless your agreement says so.
Bugs and defects
If something we built doesn't work as agreed, we fix it. MVP builds include 30 days of bug fixes after launch at no extra cost. Defects are handled by fixing them, not by refunding the fee, unless we're unable to fix a problem that we caused.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, the project, and what you'd like to cancel. We'll confirm the amount in writing within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Project agreements
If your signed project agreement sets different payment or cancellation terms, those terms apply instead of this policy.
